1. Digital Nature of Services

All services offered on PrimeListingsGH.com—whether free or paid—are digital in nature. This includes property listing packages, featured placements, and any other promotional tools. As such, once a listing or service is activated or delivered, it is considered consumed and non-returnable.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made on PrimeListingsGH.com are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Listing fees
Featured listing upgrades
Promotional or advertising services
Subscription packages

We do not offer refunds for user errors (e.g., submitting incorrect listing details), inactivity, or change of mind after purchase.

3. Refund Exceptions

We may offer a refund or credit only under the following limited circumstances:

The listing was not published due to an error on our part
You were charged multiple times for the same service
You purchased a service that was unavailable or could not be delivered due to a system fault

Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Disputes & Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, please contact us within 3 business days of your payment. We will review your case and respond accordingly.
